- • The bun had a nice shine with an even cross, and a nice aroma when broken open. Citrus peel and cranberries definitely improved the flavour, especially when toasted.
• Pleasant aroma. I was pleased to see some peel! But cranberries also make this quite a sweet bun. Soft, with a nice chew to the texture.
• Not a very strong aroma, but this intensifies on toasting and it has good level of spice on the palate.
• Good to see mixed fruit and peel evident, although peel is quite small pieces and fairly firm.
• Slightly sour aroma when fresh; fruit evenly distributed but not enough of it; texture quite dense.
