• The bun appeared a good size with a nice sheen. The aroma was better when toasted. The texture was open yet felt dense.
• Completely wonky cross on my fresh sample. Uneven sizes, small fresh sample, bigger toasted one. Sticky soft bun with sweet aroma that needs more spice.
• Fruit plump but unevenly distributed; texture quite dry.
• Toasts fairly well; little aroma and flavour, mainly sultanas but not many of them to add extra flavour.
