• Misshapen cross. Subtle aroma amplified by toasting. Nice level of spice taste-wise, not much fruit. Chewy light pleasant mouthfeel.
• Aroma was a slight hint of spice. More fruit would improve the bun.
• The toasting did not improve the flavour.
• Not much fruit evident on outside; plump sultanas but not enough so unevenly distributed; doughy texture which 'balls' on chewing; mild aroma.
• Toasted well but dense doughy texture; little aroma or flavour.
